how long does shipping take?
After placing your order, please allow for 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Orders may not be fulfilled on weekends. Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update tracking information. U.S. Shipping will take 3-7 business days. Delays may be expected due to factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).
how much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. Shipping is $9 USD flat rate. Free shipping for orders over $120 USD. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information.
how can i track my order?
Navigate to the "track your order" page. You can either enter your order number and the email address used to place your order, or your tracking number, to find your shipping updates. You should be able to find your order number in your order confirmation email. The tracking number should be found in your shipping confirmation email. do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. International orders will not be fulfilled.
my package was lost/stolen. what do i do?
saccharin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package once marked delivered by the carrier. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions, please contact help@saccharinseries.com.

how do i start a return?
We aim to make sure that you are satisfied with our products, but if you need to return a product we will gladly help you. how long do returns take?
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email once the return has been fulfilled.

We allow up to 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

how do i pick the right size?
Please take the time refer to the size guide on the corresponding product page. We highly recommend that you measure yourself or existing garments to compare to our sizings. i got a faulty product. what do i do?
we are very committed to ensuring every product meets our quality standards through strict quality checks before shipping. Mistakes can happen since we are human, and we're here to help. So, in the case that you receive a defective product, please reach out to us at help@saccharinseries.com, describing the issue you encountered. Please include photographs and your order number.

can i cancel my order?
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we can change or cancel it. Please contact us at help@saccharinseries.com with your order number. However, once your order has been fulfilled, we cannot change or cancel it. In that scenario, you will need to request a return or exchange.
