U.S. SHIPPING ONLY

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with international addresses will not be fulfilled.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during product launches, limited drops, or high order volume.

  • Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be modified or canceled.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times begin once your order has been fulfilled.

  • U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING RATES

  • U.S. Shipping: $9 USD flat rate.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $120 USD.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, saccharin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

  • Any delivery concerns must be reported within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at help@saccharinseries.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
