RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Eligibility Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing help@saccharinseries.com with your order number and reason for return.
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Refund Method
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Have all original tags attached
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Processing Time
Returns are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days after being received. We currently do not accept returns from the EU.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Size or Color Changes
If you need to change the size or color of an item, contact us at help@saccharinseries.com before your order has been fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, no changes can be made.
Order Cancellations
All orders are final once confirmed. We do not allow cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please return your original order for store credit and place a new order once your return is processed.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not offer price adjustments.
Promotions, discounts, or sales cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@saccharinseries.com with:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages where the shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
Any delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
